It isn't the Southern Cross - the SC is completely different hull/superstructure/cranes.

That is NOT the Southern Cross. It is either the Falcon, Eagle or the Hunter. Research needs to be done on this one.

This does look like one of the three rigs, Hunter, Falcon or Eagle. I was involved in building all three. The cranes look to be new however.

There was a rig called the Southern Cross that was operated by a partnership between OD&E and Santa Fe International called South Seas Drilling in Sale Aust. It was sold while I was in the country but I can't remember to who??

I reckon it is the Southern Cross DV Built at Evans Deakin in Brisbane. Sure there have been mods to it but its the Cross alright.
