My father worked on this Oil Rig back in the day - Malcolm Ross

Both my brother and I worked on this rig in the 90s. He was a night pusher and was on shift when the explosion happened. I was a roughneck, and had crew changed off the rig one or two days before the explosion. Worked on the rig the entire time while it was being repaired, and then spent the rest of my offshore days in the North Sea. My happiest offshore days were spent on the Omega. Great bunch of guys, the best I've ever worked with.
