Photo of the vessel Bourbon Orca seemingly working on the anchors of the rig Transocean Rather, Cromarty Firth, 19 February 2010. The high activity over the last two weeks and the arrival of two Anchor Handling Vessels makes me think the Transocean Rather is about to move out.
