Statoil Asgard B FPU

The 17,000 tonne hull of the Asgard B Floating Production Unit was built in South Korea in the late 90's. It was transported on the Mighty Servant 3 (which sank off Angola this year - 2006).

Some sources quote the Asgard as the worlds 'largest floating production platform' although many TLPs have been heavier.
